About Me
Hello, I’m Juliet, a celebrant based on the Isle of Wight. I create warm, personal and meaningful ceremonies for life’s most important moments.I’ve been a midwife since 1999, spending much of my career in London before moving back to the Island nearly four years ago. For almost three decades I’ve had the privilege of standing alongside people at some of the most profound, joyful and emotional moments of their lives, welcoming new babies, supporting families, and holding space for stories that truly matter.Alongside this, I’ve always loved writing, storytelling, celebration and speaking in front of people. Becoming a celebrant felt like a natural extension of all of that, a way to bring together my love of people, words and meaningful ritual. After attending several celebrant-led ceremonies myself, I knew this was something I wanted to do.I’m a mum to three grown-up children and a very proud grandmother to one wonderful grandson, which means family and connection sit at the heart of everything I do.At the moment I’m delighted to be creating weddings and naming ceremonies, and in time I’ll also be offering celebrations of life, ceremonies that honour, remember and gently hold the stories of those we love.Whether you’re welcoming a child, committing to a life together, or celebrating someone who has been deeply loved, my aim is always the same: to create a ceremony that feels authentic, thoughtful and completely yours.

I keep my pricing simple, with one clear fee for each type of ceremony — no confusing tiers or hidden extras.Naming Ceremonies — £300
A beautiful, personalised ceremony to welcome and celebrate your child.
This includes planning time with you, a bespoke written script, and leading the ceremony on the day.Weddings — £750
A completely bespoke wedding ceremony, created just for you.
This includes:
• At least two planning meetings
• A personally written ceremony script
• Help with vows, readings and structure
• A symbolic ritual, such as handfasting (you provide any items needed)
• Delivery of your ceremony on the day
• No travel costs anywhere on the Isle of WightA rehearsal the day before can be added for £50 if you’d like one.
